Health Ambassador Program
The COVID-19 pandemic magnified many challenges and barriers that affect the health and livelihood of San Bernardino County residents. The Health Ambassador program addresses health disparities created by social, economic, and medical hardship, including racism. Health Ambassadors promote health equity through outreach and education. We work in partnership with cities, towns, and community partners, to improve and advance the health of all residents within San Bernardino County.

- General outreach (distribution of flyers, brochures, and other educational resources)
- COVID-19 prevention information and guidance
Request our team at your event
You can request one of our Health Ambassador Teams to provide an educational presentation to your group or request a team to table at your event.
