Health Ambassador Program
The Health Ambassador Team is a dedicated team of health educators committed to enhancing health outcomes across San Bernardino County. This group works tirelessly to close health equity gaps and raise vaccine and health equity awareness. Through collaboration with community partners, they create educational materials and strategies that empower residents and amplify community voices, ensuring everyone has access to the necessary resources for a healthier life.
