Open to all individuals who live or work in San Bernardino County

Pre-register for your appointment by going to MyTurn.ca.gov or calling the COVID-19 Hotline at (909) 387-3911 (Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.).

Getting vaccinated against the flu and COVID-19 is a safe and powerful tool to help prevent severe illness, doctor visits, hospitalizations, and even death.
